What is Trichinosis?
A parasite roundworm from Trichinella causes trichinosis or trichinellosis. Undercooked pork and wild creatures eaten are two reasons you have likely heard of trichinosis by now. This sickness is generally caused by the parasites in creatures, but the hatchlings can also be tainted by people who eat them.
